We’re back from an incredible few days at Money20/20 Asia — and what a week!
As Asia's premiere fintech event, Money20/20 brought together innovators, banks, startups, and global enterprises to explore the future of payments. Rail was proud to join the conversations, meet with current clients and new customers, and take the MoneyPot Stage to share how we’re delivering the next evolution of stablecoin-powered payments through a single, modern infrastructure.
Here’s what stood out:
Cross-border payments dominated the agenda, with a clear takeaway: businesses are demanding faster, simpler, and more reliable ways to move money globally. Instant payment systems like India’s UPI and Brazil’s Pix are setting the pace for real-time, frictionless transfers — but when it comes to cross-border, interoperability remains a massive hurdle. Companies are realizing they need partners who can bridge traditional and digital rails, not just patchwork together solutions.
This is exactly where Rail fits in. We make cross-border payments simple by connecting the best of fiat and stablecoin technologies into a single API — allowing businesses to move money quickly, compliantly, and cost-effectively across the globe.
The APAC market’s readiness was clear.
In our meetings, the most excitement came around three key areas Rail powers today:
From panel discussions to networking conversations, one theme kept coming up: Trust + Speed = Growth.
Businesses aren’t looking for hype — they want real infrastructure that helps them scale globally without sacrificing compliance or reliability. Stablecoins are gaining traction not as speculative assets, but as integral building blocks for faster, safer money movement — especially when combined with strong regulatory frameworks and local market expertise.
Money20/20 Asia also reinforced the idea of “co-opetition” — partnerships between competitors — as essential to drive progress. No one player can solve global payments alone. Rail is built for this future: interoperable, partner-friendly, and designed to integrate seamlessly into larger ecosystems.
If you’re ready to modernize your cross-border capabilities — whether through Virtual IBANs, stablecoin-powered USD rails, or compliant third-party payments — we’d love to connect.
